David Vaucher is a Paris-based energy consultant who has had an interest in watches dating back to when he was eight years old, and a true passion for watches that took hold well over a decade ago in Saskatchewan, Canada, while he was waiting for a field operation to begin. He is now The Real Time Show’s “Resident Provocateur”, writing the words for our Audicle series.

This passion has taken the form not only of much buying and selling (of course), but also several larger projects in the watch space, such as attempting to start a micro-brand, and to raise funds for a bankrupt French watch company. When he's not excavating Chrono24, you can find him retro-gaming, or trying to learn the guitar by mastering John Mayer's song catalog (if he could meet the man himself one day, he'd ask him about his most favorite Seiko in his collection).
